    Pros

Opportunity for networking in the food industry, some social media marketing training

    Cons

Long hours minimal pay -ambassador does all the work bringing in the money for the company and makes next to nothing. False promises when hired with zero follow through.

    Advice to Management

Be upfront when hiring instead of preying on people looking for real work. There is no opportunity to make any money without hosting huge events which is impossible the first few months. Don't promise that there is salary and partnerships in the near future when that is clearly not true. You should offer more of a percentage to ambassadors and really provide paid training like advertised.
