“Disney fair but not great”
Former Employee – worked at Disney Cruise Vacations
Pros – Disney had great perks for employees
Cons – Uppermanagement was incompetent and doesn't want to learn
Advice to Senior Management – Open you minds... try moving your way up so you know what employees are talking about
