Cons

Very complex to find ownership and execute, as many things are driven by cross-functinal committees. With multiple business goals at stake, finding agreement can be difficult and there's risk of watering down a project's vision.

Advice to Senior Management

Clearly assign a single owner/leader for a project, and communicate the performance metrics expected.
