Pros

Good people, smart, knowledgeable, hard working, well intentioned, polite. Great brand, exciting space (technology and new media), lots of optimism for future.

Cons

Could take more risks, could definitely be more organized, execution needs work, integration of different groups (bureaucracies) and product leaders.

Advice to Senior Management

Take clear, decisive action. Resolve disputes. Create a transparent meritocracy. Choose winners. Reward success. Punish failure. Move forward. If we execute better, other groups within Disney will become more supportive.
