Disney Parks & Resorts – “Disappointing”

Pros

They have really good perks. Park passes and discounts. Really great holiday bonus package.
Good benefits if you work full time.

Cons

They expect so much from you as far as time and money before you even get the job. It's very frustrating, because once you start working you feel like they don't give back. I was hired as part time. They gave me 2 weeks worth of full time training, then once the training period was up, they mysteriously couldn't find any hours for me, ever! Yet I would constantly here full timers complain about having to work over time and six days a week. What is that? The company would rather pay overtime then give me hours?!?! I understand it's a part time job, but they literally don't HAVE to give you any hours at all! And the don't. It just really sucks when you have a family to take care of.
This has nothing to do with job performance either.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop with the favoritism. Walt Disney would not like it!
