I have been working at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free access to the theme parks
Health Insurance through Cigna is great
    Family and Friend Discounts
Working for a Company loved by most of the general public

    Cons

    Family and Friend Discounts
Sales Floor Management coaches you on how to approach one type of client and a lot of time you won't get that person on the phone
Policy change or are not communicated clearly, and a lot of time your revenue is dependent upon it.
Moving up or Moving ahead in the company is an extra-curicular activity and requires a lot of dead-end networking and meet and greeting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take off the "Mickey Ears" occasionally and talk business. Don't sugar-coat bad news or employee complaints, Honesty is always better than being aloof with a smile.
