Former Employee – worked at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time for less than a year

Pros – Got to operate a simulation submarine, on finding Nemo. Often times job duties were simply to guide people into a ride and not overload each vessel. Was expected to bring a nice personality everyday and be helpful towards customers. I got to be a part of the "College Program" so I got to get a feel for the internal operations of Disney very well, it was actually pretty cool.

Cons – The job that I had was too easy, and quite ridiculous, often times I got paid to simply stand there and give people directions on occasion. Lots of standing, your going to be standing the whole time, as they don't let you sit unless your on break.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
