    Pros

If you believe in it, you have a chance to bring joy and happiness to millions.
Something for everyone. You can find your niche and stay there forever or challenge your comfort zone and try to reinvent yourself.
Good history, tradition, and culture and enough true believers to keep it alive.
    Lots of professional development opportunities.

    Cons

Decision making pace is painfully slow. The theme "decision making is largely collaborative" is taken to the extreme.
While it is possible to reinvent yourself, there is not a lot of guidance on the process.
Relationships are a double edged sword. If you get on the wrong side of someone with influence, you are sunk.
For a family oriented company, starting vacation time is a bit stingy.

    Advice to Management

Learn when it is ok to make a quicker decision.
Keep a better eye out for 'petty tyrants'.
    Manage career paths better

    Pros

A great place to get entry-level experience.

    Cons

Disney GLBT diversity is just talk. If you're not a fully assimilated gay man, you're on the outside. Disney culture and values are a thin veil used to try to distract from actual corporate practices.

    Advice to Management

You can actually embrace true workplace diversity, and you should. Your culture and values should inform your actions as an employer, not just your guest services.
