I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time (more than an year)

Pros

The people you work with are great. It makes coming to work everyday fun. The guest in the park are usually fun to talk to and help.

Cons

Pay is on the low side with only a raise of 3% each march. Takes awhile to get full time. Hours are hard to get for the first year of working there

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like you actually care about them and stop choosing favorites to advance.

I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Walt Disney World was a great company to work for. They invested in Cast Member appreciation events and the many parks benefits and privileges were a plus.

    Cons

The company did not pay very well, which is ultimately why I left. It was a great part-time job while I was in college, but there was very little career progression in my role in entertainment.
