Disney Parks & Resorts – “??”

Pros

it's a great place for a summer job or a part time job. You can get a lot of experience and try many things. Park entrance is always a plus. Making people happy tends to make you feel good.

Cons

The pay just isn't there. The overall msg is - "we value you," but most people on the front line do not feel appreciated - except for by some of he guests. Advancement is a relative term - the pay still just isn't there.
