Disney Parks & Resorts – “This is a great place to work at the beginning of your career”

Pros

Great benefits, pay is decent...depending on your role the flexibility will vary but most roles are scheduled based on business needs and that means all the time, 365 days a year since the parks are alwasy open.

Cons

Sometimes the performance feedback is not there and you think you are doing a good job and then bam- you get feedback later on in the year and never knew what hit you. Depending on your role you will find great differences in pay and find out that people hired from the outside will make more money than someone who has risen from within.
