Great for those that love Disney!

Attractions Operator (Former Employee)
Anaheim, CA

ProsIf you love Disney you'll love working there. Otherwise for me, it was just a job for me to do to get off my butt and find a real job.
-FREE ADMISSION

ConsDealing with Guests was kind of a bad. I was in attractions which was ok, great seeing smiles on kids faces. Cons would be working parades/fireworks. You're just a walking light post.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Constantly treated like incompotent… Advice to Senior Management: Bottom line is to just treat your cast with professionalism and respect that you expect to be treated with. Value the people you work with… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
