Pros

Internal mobility, that you get to drive.

Cons

Sometimes very long hours, especially when working online operations. Constantly training new people, and they get moved to a new area (this is good for the individual, but rough on the existing staff.)

I worked at Disney Parks & Resorts full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great to meet lots of people from around the world. If you move up you can have an amazing career. Benefits package one of the best and perks of getting in for free is so useful.

    Cons

"We work while others play", no work life balance. Haven't been able to extended time off to see family around the holidays. Pay is minimal, part of your salary is saying you work for Disney. Easy to become stagnant in your career, with little room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Keep your words and avoid high school drama
