    Pros

Getting into the park for free, discounts, and being in a fantastic environment. You get to meet a lot of people and feel like you're making a difference in someone's vacation.

    Cons

Low pay for the job, working on all holidays, must be flexible because scheduling is very difficult, big company so you don't have much say in anything
