Disney Parks & Resorts – “An experience in wonderland”

Pros

Free access to the Parks any day and any time of the year (which is definitely a plus during lunch time if you enjoy rollercoasters!)

10 free entrances (for friends/family) per year almost any day (they have days called "black out day" during which you cannot bring your friends because there are too much visitors, usually during the summer).

Cons

Most employees complain about low salaries. For my part, I worked there because I had a year "to fill" before going back to school and for a first experience, the salary was tremendous!

Advice to Senior Management

Because my managers knew I would go back to school soon and that I wasn't done with my studies they were quite nice too me. However, it would have been a great idea to encourage the other "low diploma" employee. Academic background gives an insight of your capibilities and aptitudes...JUST AS MUCH as professional experience and the way you cleverly handle daily problems at workplace.
