Pros – Disney benefits, pay, time flexibility
It's Disney on the resume

Cons – Management not necessarily competent, weak leadership
Too many org changes, too often
Always too many cooks in the kitchen, awful (non)decision making attitude, risk adverse and lack of decisions period, which result in people wasting their time in pointless meetings

Advice to Senior Management – Make Decision. Manage the business, not only the Politics.
