Disney – “Make sure check out the culture of the group....some groups are more friendly than others”

Pros

Very talented people and free disneyland passes and discount off the very pricey disney merchandises. I had great colleagues and everyone works very hard. Nice buildings and offices. The salary was not bad but you if you figure it out on a per hour basis, you are not making that much.

Cons

Hours hours hours! Forget your personal life if you work in Finance. Management style is hostile and competitive (i'm sure that is group specific). The egos are very big companywide. Their system is lacking for a fortune 100 company and it makes your job that much harder.

Advice to Senior Management

Please stop hiring top management who rule by fear and disrespect employees.
