Disney – “Fun atmosphere to work at !”

Disney Disney College Program Intern in Orlando, FL:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Fun atmosphere, and guests needs are first priority. Extended continue learning oppurtunities, seminars, self-improvement talks and etc. Good networking opportunities available. Many job oppurtunities in all kinds of fields in one company.

Cons

High volume, and non-traditional work hours. Disney opens 365 days, that 's mean we all have to work on thanksgiving, Christmas and etc.

Advice to Senior Management

Please do take CP input and knowledge into consideration. Please do not think we all are not yet graduated and don't know what we are talking about. Please welcome more constructive critism.
