“Great place to start a corporate finance career”
Current Employee – been working at Disney full-time for less than a year
Pros – Lots of movement with 1-2 years in a given role being typical before a move is made. Friendly atmosphere, matrix structure. Promotions usually occur from within making it easier to rise up in rank. Finance is home to many younger analysts both male and female. Coworkers provide an intellectual and driven environment to work in.
Cons – Compensation packages may be slightly below industry average but demand for jobs is high.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
