Disney Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Disney full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Great Benefits and access to the theme parks. Lots of resources for personal growth. Many different careers available from housekeeping to horticulture, if you want to totally change careers you can stay with the same company.

Cons – The company is very big and it takes a lot of politics to get things done. They are very slow to adapt and keep up with technology. The company doesn't seem to keep salaries inline with the industry and tries to use the benefits to make up for this.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
