Pros – Great company; amazing brand, phenomenal products, talented people and zero work/life balance or support. You are often tapped to work on projects above and beyond your job that end up being cool but then there is your day job too.
Cons – underresourced
leaders don't listen
zero work/life balance or support
good luck getting headcount; you get funding before headcount
