Current Employee – been working at Disney part-time for less than a year

Pros – This place is one of the funnest places on earth to work. You meet thousands of people everyday that more or less are in their vacation hence enjoing their time off from real life which makes them amazing guest. The workforce is extremely diverse which makes learning about new cultures not only easy but enjoyable. amazing benefits

Cons – As a part time worker you get very small amount of hours a week, sometimes less than 7 which is very inconvenient. The hourly wage is also beloew neraby competiton which makes it extremely hard to have a lavish life while working at disney.
