“Good for the right person...”
I worked at Disney as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Excellent facility. Lots of peers.
Cons – Corporate drama and politics. Not a tech company.
Advice to Senior Management – Nurture creativity or define what you want better.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
