Great experience, opportunity to earn college credit while living in FL. Good benefits (free entrance into parks, main gate pass, discounts on merchandise)

Cons

Pay was minimum wage for interns, crazy hours, cost of housing during the college program was pretty high. But overall i loved working there.

Advice to Senior Management

I would say just like in any company some managers are good some are not. on the whole i had good experiences with management.
