Disney – “Mostly positive, though there is some room for improvement”

Pros

Benefits -- though you pay into them, they offer pretty much all your standards and then there are free passess to the parks, deep discounts on Disney merchandise, things like that Then, depending on which part of the company, VP's get a few more benefits -- annual physical (though your insurance generally covers this) and such. They also offer a ton of online courses on various business-related issues as well as in-person management training.

Cons

They can get a little "review" crazy. At one point, we were doing employee reviews every six months. There isn't much on the con side.
