The product is the best in family entertainment, however in the international area, growth opportunities are limited. Disney is a ever changing company and all change represents an opportunity.

Cons

Too political. Too many meetings. Much time spent on politics and presentations that could be better used in create value.

Advice to Senior Management

As an international company the multicultural of the home office should be spread throughout the world, have more international come to work at headquarters and send more among the countries, this enriches so much any corporation.
