“It's a good company to add some weight to your career and resume, but I am not sure if it is a place to stay for long.”
I have been working at Disney Studios
Pros – Prestige of the company can make your resume look good and good benefits and perks such as Silver Passes to its theme parks.
Cons – Salaries are inferior compared to other Forturn 100 companies; Management is not putting talented employees to the best use
Advice to Senior Management – They should give more opportunities to talented employees.
