Diversified Information Technologies Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Diversified Information Technologies

Pros – 3 weeks time off to start and you basically can do whatever you like as long as you complete projects on time. You can work from home and / or make up your own hours as long as you put in your 40 a week and complete assignments on time. Everyone within the company is friendly, even upper management.

Cons – Pay is terrible. Nobody has had a raise in over 3 years. Company has been making changes and there have been a lot of layoffs.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay better and start some sort of employee discount program.
