Diversified Treatment Alternatives – “raises should be based on job performance and NOT the same for everyone "across the board"”

My coworkers are great, helping families get back together, vacation time

Cons

raises are the same across the board and should definately be based on job performance, not enough training for new caseworkers, favoritism within management

Advice to Senior Management

talk to the staff who work at the houses before you decide to change things and get their opinions since we are the ones who work there 40 hours each week, ask line staff their opinion about how things are running because a lot of things get swept under the rug and the kids suffer from it
