“Good Firm and Getting Better”

Current Employee – been working at Dixon Hughes Goodman full-time

Pros – Excellent clients and a variety of opportunities. The Firm seems to be improving its attention to detail, communication with staff, and more structured processes. Great IT deparment.

Cons – The recent Dixon Hughes and Goodman merger has slowed the Firm maturation process (or so it seems).

Advice to Senior Management – More communication from Firm Leadership to staff.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
