Really great people and immediate peers and supervisors. Well funded and no shortage of work.

Cons

Expect 24/7 access and offer little vacation and holidays. Ramping up hiring but lots of work for not as many people.

Advice to Senior Management

Offer more benefits to professional staff. If necessary, separate exempt benefits from non-exempt so can offer more. Allow more work/life balance.
