Pros

The mission and the goal of getting the men back to work

Cons

The unorganized and under-utilized Development department.
The hands-off management who do not provide mentorship or training to new hires.
The high turnover and inability to fill open positions, often because of HR's lack of professionalism.
The pay (many employees at the doe fund make under the poverty level, while George McDonald makes over $400,000 a year)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get new HR staff who know how to run a corporate-style company
Promote staff who get results, at least in order to pay them a reasonable salary
Question why you have such high turnover in a company with such a strong mission

Doesn't Recommend
