“It was a decent gig while it lasted”
Former Employee – worked at Dogster
Pros – Great people
Dedicated and loyal userbase
Fun environment
Animal friendly (many people bring in their dogs every day)
Lots of opportunities to work with top tier partners
Cons – Terrible location: limited parking, lousy nearby restaurants, only public transit option is a bus
Too many meetings: they espouse a "no-laptop" policy but really should've enacted an "only-schedule-if-absolutely-necessary" policy instead
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on the actual product rather than the marketing and advertising tie-ins, which do more to muddle the product rather than improve it
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
