“5 CIOs in 5 years tells ya something”
Current Employee – been working at Dolby
Pros – Great company. The rest of the buisness is doing a great job. The IT shop hasn't gotten on board.
Cons – 5 CIOs in 5 years makes for an IT organization with no direction. Those flying under the radar can make life challenging for everyone.
Advice to Senior Management – Become more like the rest of the business. Celebrate success, work hard and have fun. Work hard and work hard and outsource is not such a good combo.
