I have been working at Dolby

    Pros

It's been around forever, and will probably be around for a long time.

    Cons

    Not much excitement.
Feels like every decision must be signed off by some secret process involving the Dolby family.
The are many other companies to further your career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would review the current Executive Management and product strategy. Enlisting an executive search firm would be a great start.
