Dole Packaged Foods – “No career advancement”

Pros

There is a small in house gym facility. You get 5 servings for vegetable & fruits every day. Fruits in the morning and vegetables in the afternoon. People are friendly and nice facility to work in. Beautiful waterfall area for break time.

Cons

No training for employees, no career advancement opportunity. They just want to do what you do and stay where you are. No internal transfers or cross training. I worked there for 4 years but literally feel like I didn't learn much. Not a good place to start your entry level position.

Advice to Senior Management

You should think about why all of the new hires from college leave after a year or two later.
