Pros

One of the best parts of being there was the fact that my hours never dipped below 30.

Cons

The worst part was the managers. None of them got along or were on the same page.

    Pros

    Was Close to my home

    Cons

HORRIBLE District Manager, Horrible Store Manager, Horrible hours, over worked sometimes doing opening to closing so the store manager could go out and get drunk. The pay was the worst!

    Pros

I loved my supervisor and what the company stood for. They were great with community projects and helping others. The benefits were amazing medical, dental, 401K.

    Cons

The cons were upper management had realistic expectations on what actually occurred in the field. It is next to impossible to maintain a 1% shrink, a clean model store, and low turn over with less than 120 hours to run the building. The pressure placed on the store managers and district managers is very unrealistic and causes the stores and districts to suffer. I agree that there are just some bad seeds out there however the good ones get overworked and burned out and we lose them to better companies who appreciate them more.

    Advice to Management

Stop motivating by fear. Stop placing unrealistic expectations on the teams in the field.
