    Pros

    Commission structure is rewarding once you really hit the higher thresholds. Employees are rewarded for extraordinary customer service.

    Cons

    Smaller of the rental car companies. Don't have the elite fleet options others have. Harder to sell. Sales Training could improve.

    Make customer feedback from online surveys more accessible to employees. Uppermanagement should care more than just about sales goals.

    Pros

    Good benefits, good 401 K and health

    Cons

    Low pay, they do not tell you when you interview you have to work, nights (after midnight), holidays and weekends. Company management wants you to lie to customers to make them purchase insurance and other products they do not need. If you do not do this, you make no money. You have to be a real low life person to add 50 or 70 dollars per day to a persons car rental and not tell them and lie to them to do this. This is caused stealing.
