    Cons

Uncertainty over the last couple of years has caused much stress amongst the employees.

  2. Dollar Thrifty used to be a people centric company, now they are a share holder centric company.

    Pros

Benefits are good. Certain job titles have a very good pay rate when commission is included such as rental sales agents.

    Cons

No evaluations & therefore no raises in 5 years yet quarter after quarter they report record profits. Executive management only cares about the share holders not the employee. Unrealistic goals lead to hold out of commissions & bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Become people centric once again. Lower the unrealistic goals & weed out VP's & directors with high turnover rate within their regions. You are removing valuable experience & replacing it with inexperience.
