Former Employee – worked at Dollar Thrifty Automotive

Pros – The hourly pay is decent and if you make your sales then you get a good paycheck because it's hourly + commission.

Cons – Managers and supervisors would pick favorites to give the better work hour shifts and the best days off (Saturday and Sunday). They would leave maybe one or two people by themselves to handle everything, this was not good when it would get busy. Even though you have a college degree it doesn't matter because they'll put you in a position with a person that just has a high school diploma.

Advice to Senior Management – They should treat all Rental Agents equally, and not pick favorites, most of it is also based on seniority, who has been there the longest.
