Dollar Tree Employee Review

I have been working at Dollar Tree full-time for more than a year

Pros – Moved up to store manager quickly, really enjoy my job,

Cons – Associates are not given enough hours or a high enough pay. Always cutting hours due to sales not being what is projected To few people to do the work and that is really frustrating. With only one cashier and one member of management on premises most of the time it makes it really difficult to keep the store looking good and to get all the freight out. The stocking program is a joke when you have only one stocker who works 10 hours a week, the rest of the freight is put out by the management team.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to what the people in the store have to say, they are the face of Dollar Tree, don't say you are listening and then do nothing to solve the problems that are there.
