The customers love the $1 business model

    Cons

Most products are from the bottom of the retail
    food chain and lack quality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Insure regional director reflects the company mission and goals instead
of her own agenda of trying to keep her job resulting in unacceptable turn over
    in store and district managers

I worked at Dollar Tree part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Hmmmmm.....can't really think of any. I think the only pro I can think of is that they hire on the spot.

    Cons

Expect a lot of work for little money
Store Management talks about employees to other co-workers
Only give cashiers 15-20 hrs per week and expect them to have open availability
Don't even offer like a 10% employee discount.
    ALWAYS seem short on help
Cashiers are first people who hurt from sales down for the week bc they will cut anyones hrs
NEVER any type of employee appreciation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't think Upper Management really cares about what I would say BUT if they do read this I would say show some appreciation to the employees, show them they matter.
