Wonderful place to work, too bad the upper management doesn't care about their employees.

    Pros

Store mgr was so awesome to work with. Tabatha looked out for her employees and ran the store with business first mentality.

    Cons

you can do all you can, going above and beyond for this company and they don't look out for or protect their employees. They treat us as we are replaceable and so it doesn't matter how hard we worked those above store management didn't care about us little people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Protect and treat the employees right and they will be loyal.

    Pros

Every thing is a dollar or less!

    Cons

Typical corporate chain retail. Business model utilizes minimum wage requirements for staffing and continued cost cutting in an effort to maintain profits. Every one is part time except the store manager and maybe one assistant manager. Mid level upper management comes and goes so proceed cautiously through your career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate management in most all Multi-national chains don't have time to read these posts.
