Dominion Enterprises Employee Review

I have been working at Dominion Enterprises

Pros – Management is very lenient on allowing time off to address personal issues. Very receptive to compromising with employees to take care of their personal needs.

Cons – Very minimal advancement opportunities. Lack of diversity at the senior management/executive level of the organization. Middle management afraid to ask questions for fear of rejection.

Advice to Senior Management – Increase diversity at the upper levels to offer someone that subordinates at lower levels can identify with, and not portray the "good ol' boys" club.
