Pros

You are allowed to wear jeans & a polo to the office.

Cons

The company does not care about its employees (this is a top down mentality and it applies to all departments of the company including finance, accounting, payroll, A/P, business units, etc...)

They low ball EVERYONE on starting salary and if you have a great annual review you might get a 1% raise.

    Pros

None what so ever. The Senior Managers at this organization only look out for themselves. The more you do to better the organization, the more they take credit for it. This company loves to lay off people who have been dedicated employees for years.

    Cons

Can not trust Senior Management what so ever. They know how to manage, but sure don't know how to lead. Run as fast away from this company if you are currently employed there and for sure, don't even think about joining them if you are in the job hunt.

    Advice to Management

Stop managing with loyalty coming from the top down, manage and direct from the loyalty coming from the bottom up.

    Pros

For me, there has been ample opportunity to grow in my field, though it did take time to get there. I have had a lot of on the job training for my current position, and for moving into a higher level position.

    Cons

It took a long time to pay better for IT. This is something that is being rectified as time has gone on. Because of that, we are becoming more competitive.

    Advice to Management

Realize that print is going away and stop focusing so much sales energy on that. Print is dead.
