    Pros

Its a job that provides an income. It does offer flexible scheduling to work around family, other employment or school.

    Cons

They do not look beyond your past, even after being employed for 2+ years. Your quality of work has no impact on your future with the company. You can be "let go" for something in your past even if you have been honest about it from the day you were hired.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be knowledgeable of all policies! Also, management needs to care more about customer satisfaction and not only profits. Happy customers equal profits.
