Current Employee - Delivery Driver  in  San Antonio, TX
Current Employee - Delivery Driver in San Antonio, TX

Pros

As a driver, you leave with cash at the end of every night.
Do decently in tips during the dinner rush hours.

Cons

Very uneven abilities from management
Entirely reliant on tips for money
Tips are almost completely separated from performance, they come entirely from customer habits. A poor delivery area leads to making no money

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more care about who you promote to manager and be more willing to fire or demote poor managers

Doesn't Recommend
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
