Open-door Policy and friendly work environment

ProsManagers are great communicators and always available to help. Upper Managements are easily accessible and seems to care about employee's opinions. Employees are very friendly and professional with one another.

ConsNot enough employees to handle all the operation issues. Like any big/fast growing company, staffing level is lower than where it should be.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncreasing staff level at corporate to accommodate growth
