I worked at Domino's full-time for more than a year

Pros

I like the co-worker relationships that were made. Its a fun yet challenging place to work. Moving up in the company b is rather easy if you have the drive.

Cons

Alot of customer complaints due to late deliveries. Drivers wanting to rush and leave early during rush.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to hire more people that are over the age of 25 then younger to increase the level of care within the work place.

    Pros

Good way to make pretty decent money in a little hours. Fits around school schedules real well.

    Cons

Wear and tear on car is not worth it, especially if you have a newer vehicle.

I have been working at Domino's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice coworkers, pay as a delivery driver can be great.

    Cons

Often stuck working well past scheduled shift, no communication between managers/drivers, Mixed messages from franchisees/corporate, Schedule is often posted the Sunday night of the week before, hours are hard to come by, lots of politics to be played, franchisees avoid disciplinary action at all costs which means people who do their job right get the exact same treatment as those who don't even show up, raises are based on numbers out of the individual's hands rather than merit, everything in the store falls apart constantly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fix the broken things in the store. Spend some money on it so you don't have to keep buying replacements. Fire someone; make people aware that if they don't do their job and maintain the quality of work you want, that they'll have to find a new job soon. Treat your good employees well, rather than just piling them in with all the bad ones.
