Pros

Great company with a fun company culture. Pay is above average, Where I worked, at the corporate level, in the distribution supply chain, management was always willing to listen and learn from the employees. Always willing to reward outstanding performance with their MVP (Most Valuable Person) program. Plenty of room for advancement, Plenty of smiles from everyone here!

Cons

I don't remember any downsides. I worked as a distribution driver, so the nigh time hours were hard to adjust to at first, but after that I would say there wasn't a downside to working here.

Advice to Management

Hire back former employees. Some of us realize we made a mistake by leaving, and we (the former employees) are your best bet for company recruitment.

  1. Not a bad entry level job but they have very high expectations and expect a lot of work.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling, fun work environment at most locations.

    Cons

High stress, hard work and long hours and a lot of responsibility for low entry level pay.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people what they are worth even if it means a cut in your profits.

    Pros

owner of the store (Don) was friendly yet very professional and dealt with his employees as though they were part of his family. understanding but he held his ground when it came to getting the job done. Job first then time to kick it with co workers once the job details were complete

    Cons

my health was failing me around the time i worked there, but out side of that the job was one of the best ones i ever held.. not great pay but i managed as a single mother to pay my bills. the tips in this area were really bad i mean it seems that no on considered that you were using your own car and it took a beating driving on pot hole roads every now and again you would get a real person to tip right and it would lift you back up a bit to deal with mostly dead beats. but the job itself was alright the co workers and boss the area was not the best to have this sort of job though

    Advice to Management

keep up the great work Don! best to you always
